Mindful connection – Family Yoga & Storytelling

At the end of a busy day, join Kelly from The Nurture Meadow for a family movement and relaxation session. Take a moment to breathe and to indulge in a nature-inspired story accompanied by a gentle yoga flow. The session will support connection and regulation and bring both body and mind back into balance as you ease into an evening under the stars.
