Post: Elderflower Fields, Spithurst Hub, Spithurst Road, Barcombe, East Sussex, BN8 5EE
Festival Site: Elderflower Fields is held at Pippingford Park, covering about 60 hectares of grass fields and woodland. The terrain is generally sloped with gravel roads and firm dirt tracks in some areas, but much of the festival requires travel over grass or unpaved woodland paths. Wet weather can make some areas difficult to navigate.
The festival site has two primary performance venues, Dragonfly Stage and Moonshine Fandango with many family activity locations dotted around the woodland and grass fields. Of the two performance locations, Dragonfly Stage sits on a gently sloping grassed field. To view the stage requires access off gravel pathways and roads. Moonshine Fandango is located just off a gravel pathway in the central area of our festival. Other informal performance, workshop and activity spaces are located around the site and are generally accessible directly from or within a short distance of a gravel pathway.
Accessible Camping We offer two accessible camping options in addition to general camping areas:
- Live-In Vehicle Field: Limited pitches are available at the bottom of this field, closest to the festival. These can accommodate a car next to your tent or a live-in vehicle (camper van, motorhome, caravan or trailer tent), additional charges apply.
- Main Family Camping Field: Reserved areas near toilets and showers, close to the main festival areas.
To book accessible camping, contact us by May 1st at hello@elderflowerfields.co.uk.
