Activities are go!

Most activities at Elderflower Fields are drop-in and free, with the list of things to do growing each year. Check the website or free festival programme when you arrive, then show up and join in.

A small number of activities do however require pre-booking if you want to take part. These include the brilliant free Sports and Arts camps which can be booked on our activities booking page here.

Sports Camp

These camps are limited to one place only for each child and there are enough spaces for every child who comes to the festival to take part. Some sessions may become full sooner than others so book your kids in as soon as you have your festival tickets booked, especially if there are a large number of kids in your party wishing to take part at once. Each session follows a similar format with a chance to try new sports and test skills for all ages at different times.

Arts Camp

The Arts Camp is a chance for every child 5 years and above to get creative during our supervised sessions. We have plenty of under 5’s session’s which are drop-in too. We’ve found many younger children prefer to come and go so all under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult who is welcome to join in too.

Please book ONE Arts Camp Session only for each child 5+ over the festival weekend. This is to ensure every child gets a chance to take part. There are a few other bookable activities with age restrictions and limited capacity bookable on a first come first served basis.

Kayaking, Tree Climbing, Raft Building, Camera Obscura and our brilliant Animation Workshop are some of the activities that should be pre-booked due to the nature of the activities. Places are limited so do book early to avoid disappointment.

For an overview of which activities require booking in advance, please check our activities booking page here.
