Moveforward will be holding Family Acro Yoga, with Natalie Taylor. Family Acro Yoga is all about fun! Lifting your kids into the air, having them fly! Working together and learning new skills. Build strength and balance in your bodies and also for your kids. Encourage body awareness, confidence, trust, learning about our bodies, fun and so much more. A safe and nurturing way to work with the body and mind and bond with your kids.
